Ingredients:
- 1 cup Fresh Baby Spinach
- Sliced Strawberries (approx 3-4)
- 1/8 cup Fresh Blueberries (I didn't have any when I made this salad)
- 1/8 cup Fresh Pineapple
- 1/8 cup Canned Mandarin oranges (drained) or 1/2 peeled and sliced orange
- Handful Sliced Pecans
- 3 oz Grilled Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (sliced
- 1-2 Tbsp Poppy Seed Dressing
Directions:
- Create a layer of spinach
- Add the strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, oranges, and pecans.
- Top with the grilled sliced chicken breast.
- Add poppy seed dressing
